Production Control

Production Control or Timeline View allows you to see all the related jobs and tasks in one place.

1. Navigate to https://app.yoprint.com/production-control to get started.
   
2. You can click, hold and drag to reschedule any jobs and tasks you want.
   
3. If you schedule a task or a job past the in-hands date, you will see a red exclamation mark symbol.
   

What Can You Do In Timeline View?

1. You can double-click on a Sales Order to adjust dates.
   
2. You can double-click on a Job to pull up job info and message the customer.
   
3. View Service Matrix and Edit internal or customer notes.
   
4. You can double-click on a Task to assign someone to handle it.
   

Settings and Date Range

1. Click on the Cog icon on the upper right to change the color of the labels and configure the Sales Order text.
   
2. Click on the date range to set a date range.
