YoPrint makes it easy to communicate with your vendor regarding Purchase Orders. In this article, we will show you the process of emailing your vendor.

Email Your Vendor

  1. Navigate to
  2. Double-click on the Purchase Order to view.
  3. Click the Email button on the top right.
  4. Fill in the required information. We will automatically fetch your team members information, and your vendor contacts. You can also use any message templates configured to speed up the email process.
  5. Click Send

Shareable Link

We've also added a shareable link, included automatically in all emails sent. The shareable link allows your vendor to see a formatted PDF and also download any files attached to the PDF. You can click the shareable link to see what your vendor will see.
