Setting The Artwork Approval Terms

You can enable/disable and edit the artwork approval terms and conditions your customer sees under Configuration > Settings > General > Customer Portal.

Select the edit button next to Show Artwork Approval Terms.

Here you can add your terms and conditions and format it however you like. Make sure ‘Show in Customer Portal’ is selected.

If you don’t want any terms shown, deselect ‘Show on Customer Portal.’ 

Once you’re done, click on Save, and the terms will show up as your customer is signing off on the art approval.
