Utilize The Download Center
In this article
Use the Download Center to create CSV files for accounting, analysis or other work outside YoPrint. Reports generate in the background, so you can keep working and return to download them. Download Center is also where you export customer lists and product records, which do not have on-screen report screens. Each customer and product export needs no date range and exports its own family of non-deleted records. All files export exclusively as CSV spreadsheets; Excel (.xlsx) formatting is not available here.
Create an export
-
Open Reports in the top menu.

-
Choose Download Center.

-
Open the Reports dropdown.

-
Choose the report you need. This example uses All Invoices.

The choices include customers, sales orders, invoices, invoice items, payments, purchase orders, tax, simple products and variant products. Customer and product exports need no date range, and each exports its own family of non-deleted records. Continue to Export for those files.
For sales orders, choose your milestone date as shown in Choose which sales order date to filter, then continue with Step 5 below.
-
Click the date range.

-
Enter the first date in Starts on.

-
Enter the last date in Ends on.

The picker also offers this month, last month, and the last 30, 60 or 90 days.
-
Click Apply.

-
Click Export to request the file.

The new report appears in the list as Pending while it waits to generate. Larger exports can take longer. YoPrint does not send an email alert or in-app bell notification when the file is ready, so check the list or refresh the page to see when generation finishes.

Choose which sales order date to filter
For sales order exports, the date type determines which orders fall inside your range. For example, Issue Date finds orders issued during the period, while Ship By Date finds orders scheduled to ship during it.
-
Choose All Sales Order Report in the open Reports dropdown.

-
Open the date-type dropdown beside the report name.

-
Choose the date to use for your range.

The available dates are Deposit Due Date, Issue Date, In Hands Date, Prod. Due, Ship By Date and Start Date. Prod. Due is the production due date.
- Deposit Due Date: When customer deposits are due.
- Issue Date: Filters orders by their editable issue date.
- Start Date: When production is scheduled to begin.
- Prod. Due: When shop production must be completed.
- Ship By Date: When the completed order must ship.
- In Hands Date: When the customer expects delivery in hand.
After selecting the date type, continue with Step 5 in Create an export to set the date range and download the file.
Download a ready report
Wait for the status to change to Ready. Generating means YoPrint is still preparing the file.

The list shows the report type, selected dates, who requested it, when it was requested, and its generation duration. Use these details to find the file you need when several reports are listed. Because the Download Center shares files across your shop without a search filter, check the Requested By and Requested On columns to spot your export.
-
If you return while a report is still pending, click Refresh to check its status.

-
Click the Download icon on the ready report's row.

The CSV downloads to your computer. Files stay available in the Download Center until removed. If you need an up-to-date file later, create another export with the report type and dates you need.
