Types of Reports

YoPrint offers a variety of reports for quick access to key business insights.

Here are the reports that are available to you.

  1. Quote Report
    You will get a report of the quotes for the given date range based on the quote issue date.
  2. Sales Orders Report
    You will get a report of the sales orders for the given date range based on the sales order issue date.
  3. Invoice Report
    You will get a report of the invoices you need for the given date range based on the sales order issue date.
  4. Invoice Items Report
    Invoice Items Report uses sales order issue date and queries all invoice line items. Getting this report allows you to do things like figuring out your most popular services or profitable services. It can also help you to figure out what garments or products that sells the most.
  5. Purchase Order Report
    You will get a report of purchase orders for the selected date range, based on the purchase order issue date.
  6. Payment Report
    You will get a report of payments based on the date they were made.
  7. Tax Report
    Tax reports are basically invoice reports, but it is queried by the payment date instead. Only fully paid invoices will be displayed.

Retrieving the Reports

For this article, we will use our Payment reports as an example.

  1. Navigate to the Reports button, and click on Payments.

  2. This is the page you will see. Choose the date range you require.


  3. You can choose the columns needed to be displayed.

  4. You can also refine your reports by using the Filters sidebar.

  5. When things look good, you can export everything as a CSV/Excel file. We will only export what you see on the screen.

  6. Your report will be ready in a few seconds.

💡 PRO TIP: Reports are only a quick access to your business insights. Please keep the date range short depending on the volume of your business. Selecting large date range will result in timeouts. If you need more detailed data, head over to the Download Center for a deeper dive into your business performance.
