YoPrint provides a range of reports for easy access to key business insights. In this article, we will cover how to access and utilize our Reporting feature.

Types of Reports

Here are the reports that are available to you.

  1. Quote Report

You will receive a report of the quotes for the specified date range, based on the quote issue date.

  2. Sales Orders Report

You will receive a report of the sales orders for the specified date range, based on the sales order issue date.

  3. Invoice Report

You will receive a report of the invoices for the specified date range, based on the sales order issue date.

  4. Invoice Items Report

The Invoice Items Report utilizes the sales order issue date to query all invoice line items. Obtaining this report enables you to identify your most popular and profitable services. It can also help you determine which garments or products sell the most.

  5. Purchase Order Report

You will get a report of purchase orders for the selected date range, based on the purchase order issue date.

  6. Payment Report

You will get a report of payments based on the date they were made.

  7. Tax Report

Tax reports are essentially invoice reports, but they are queried by the payment date instead. Only fully paid invoices will be displayed.

Retrieving the Reports

For this article, we will use our Payment reports as an example.

  1. Navigate to the Reports button, and click on Payments.

  2. This is the page you will see. Please select the desired date range.

  3. You can select the columns that you want to display.

  4. You can also refine your reports by using the Filters sidebar.
  5. When things look good, you can export everything as a CSV/Excel file. We will only export what you see on the screen.

Reports provide quick access to your business insights. Please keep the date range short, depending on the volume of your business. Selecting an extensive date range will result in timeouts. For more detailed data, visit the Download Center for a deeper look into your business performance.
