Changing Currency

Choose the currency your shop uses in Settings > Currency. The Name selects the currency, ISO shows its three-letter code, and Symbol lets you save a custom symbol. Changing your currency updates currency labels across your shop without converting existing numeric amounts.

Open Currency settings

1. Click Configuration in the top navigation bar to open the menu.

   

2. Choose Settings.

   

3. Choose Currency in the sidebar.

   

Change the currency

1. Click the three-dot More actions button beside the currency.

   

2. Choose Edit.

   

3. Open the Name dropdown.

   

4. Select your currency. This example uses Euro. The ISO code and default Symbol fill in automatically.

   

5. Edit Symbol if you want to save a different symbol. Otherwise, keep the default.

   

   Cancel closes the dialog without saving your changes.

6. Click Save. The currency row shows your saved name, ISO code and symbol.

   

Return to Edit whenever you need to change these settings.

See the currency on a sales order

To view your currency on a sales order, open Sales > Sales Orders and double-click an order. Totals on orders, quotes and invoices show the currency you chose. In this example, the sales order totals show €.
