How Should I Search Catalog Products in YoPrint?

Search by style number or brand
You search catalog products while adding items to a quote or sales order. In Sales > Quotes or Sales > Sales Orders, open the order you want to edit. Search by manufacturer style code, such as 64000 , or enter a product name, such as Softstyle . Check every letter and digit: 64000 and 6400 are different searches.

On the job, click Product to open the Add Product Line Item dialog.

In the search box, enter the style number, such as
64000.

To narrow results when different brands share a style number, enter the brand and style together, such as
Gildan 64000.
Results show the product name, style number, and supplier. If only one brand uses that style number, adding the brand keeps the same list. Click a result to open the product form, where you choose colors, sizes, and quantities for the job.
Narrow the supplier or broaden the search

Beside the search box, click All Products to open the catalog filter.

Select a supplier catalog, such as SanMar, to show results from that supplier.
The dropdown menu stays open after you click a catalog; click into the search box to dismiss the menu and view your filtered results. Select All Products to search across all available catalogs again. The menu also includes options for your shop's custom simple and variant products.
If a product is missing, check the style number against the supplier's website and try searching with fewer words. A catalog disabled in Settings > General will not appear in this filter.
