Whitelisting An Email In Outlook

Add a safe sender in Outlook

These steps happen in Outlook on the web or Outlook.com, outside YoPrint. Microsoft's screens may have changed since these pictures were taken. See Microsoft's Safe Senders guide for current steps, including other versions of Outlook.

If you or your customers use Outlook and miss quotes, invoices, or notifications, add the sender to your safe list. Adding an address to Safe senders and domains, sometimes called whitelisting, tells Outlook to treat that sender's messages as wanted email. By default, YoPrint sends from message.yoprint.com . Use the sender address or domain from the email you received, especially if your shop uses a custom sending domain.

  1. In Outlook, click the Settings gear.

  6. Enter the sender's full email address, or enter the domain (such as message.yoprint.com or your custom domain) to allow all messages from that domain. Do not include an @ symbol or wildcard.

  7. Click OK to add the entry. You can also press Enter to confirm the entry.

  8. Click Save to keep the change.

The example picture shows message.yoprint.com . To change your shop's sending domain, see Customize Email Sending Domain.

If mail still goes to Junk, check whether the sender is blocked using Microsoft's block or unblock senders guide. For organization-managed mailboxes, your email administrator controls spam policies.
