Welcome to YoPrint. This guide outlines your onboarding path: set up your shop's account first, then configure catalog and workflow tools as your team needs them. Setup time depends on how much information you have to add and which features you use.
Start with your account
Begin with Setting Up Your Account to add company details under Settings > Overview, invite team members under Users, and set payment methods and payment terms.
The Onboarding Tasks guides also cover pricing, taxes and shipping. Work through the tasks that apply to your shop.
Add the tools your shop needs
Use Additional Setup Tasks when you are ready to add products, import a product list, or create message templates and job presets. Job presets save reusable production steps for quotes, while message templates standardize customer emails.
