Send Messages Through a Sales Order or Quote

YoPrint lets you send messages to your customers directly from a Sales Order or Quote. This is useful for sharing updates, attachments, or clarifications without leaving the app.

Steps to send a message

1. Go to Sales Orders or Quotes (For this guide, we’ll use Sales Orders, but the steps are the same for Quotes).

2. Double-click the Order you want to open.

3. Click the Mail icon in the top-right corner.

4. Type your message and attach files if needed.

5. When ready, select Email or SMS and click Send.

Once sent, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This email includes links that take you directly to the Customer Portal.

6. To review past messages, scroll to the Messages section.

7. Click See full message to view the complete email thread.
