How to Create Orders for Pickup

  1. Start by creating a quote. After you choose the customer, leave the ‘Bill To’ and ‘Ship To’ sections blank.
  2. Once you’ve sorted your customer details and added products, create a new shipment.
  3. Select Pick Up as the shipping method, and select the pickup location. Make sure all the products are selected, then click on Create to create the shipment.
  4. Publish the quote by clicking on Create, and there’s your pickup order.

If you’d like to create an order that includes both delivery and pickup, you can do so by adding multiple shipments - one for delivery and one for pickup.
