Navigate the Main Dashboard in YoPrint

The YoPrint dashboard serves as your central hub for navigating key areas of the platform. From sales and production tracking to inventory, reports, and account settings, the dashboard provides quick access to your tools, helping you manage your business efficiently.

Sales

Select the Sales menu in the top navigation bar to manage sales activities such as orders, quotes, customers, invoices, and messages.

Production

Access the Production menu to view and manage production-related tasks, including jobs, approvals, shipments, and packages.

Selecting Production Control lets you see all the related jobs and tasks in one place.

Stock Control

Open the Stock Control menu to view options for handling inventory, purchase orders, and vendor information.

Reports

Click the Reports menu to generate or review business reports, including sales, invoices, payments, and more.

To download a large amount of data, go to the Download Center.

Configuration

Open the Configuration menu to adjust system settings, manage services and products, or update billing information.

Search

Use the search icon to quickly find orders, customers, or documents across the system.

Profile

Click your user profile to access account settings, switch teams, or log out of YoPrint.

Notifications

View the notifications panel for real-time updates and alerts on orders, approvals, payments, and more.

Barcode Scanner

To access the barcode scanner, click on the camera shutter icon. It will use your device's camera, if available.

Home Button

Use the home icon to quickly return to the main dashboard from any page.
