Connect YoPrint with QuickBooks Online
Easily sync your Sales Orders, Invoices, and Purchase Orders from YoPrint to QuickBooks Online for seamless accounting and tax compliance.
Before you begin
Make sure the following settings are enabled in your QuickBooks Online account before integration:
- Shipping, Discounts, and Deposit accounts - Go to your QuickBooks settings and make sure these accounts are enabled.
- Tax accounts - If you haven’t yet set up your tax rates, go to your QuickBooks Dashboard > Taxes and follow the setup instructions.
Connect YoPrint with QuickBooks
- In YoPrint, navigate to Configuration > Settings > Apps.
- Click Connect on the QuickBooks tile.
- Log in to your QuickBooks account. If prompted, sign in to your QuickBooks account and select the correct organization (You'll be redirected to YoPrint).
- Complete the mapping in YoPrint.
- Map your QuickBooks Accounts to the relevant YoPrint fields.
- Assign Tax Rates by mapping YoPrint Tax Presets to QuickBooks Tax Rates.
- Fine-tune how data is synced between the two platforms using the Sync Settings section.
- Click Save.
Once successfully connected, you’ll see a "Sync Active" label on your QuickBooks integration.
YoPrint will now automatically sync with your QuickBooks Online account.

By default, YoPrint syncs Purchase Orders to QuickBooks as Bills.
To sync them as Purchase Orders instead, go to Sync Settings and disable the Purchase Order Sync As Bills toggle.
Note: A single Sales Order in YoPrint may generate multiple invoices if items are shipped to different addresses. This ensures accurate tax handling based on destination, in compliance with sales tax regulations.
