Add Non-Garment Products and Set Up Pricing
While YoPrint is tailored for apparel, it’s also flexible enough to support non-garment products—like banners, mugs, cards, and more. Here's how to add and price custom, non-apparel products in YoPrint.
Upload Products via CSV
You can import your custom products in bulk using a CSV file.
- Go to Configuration > Service & Products > Product.
- Click Download Product CSV Template.
- Use the Simple Product Template for items without size or color variants.
- Use the Variant Product Template if your products come in multiple sizes or colors.
- Fill in the template with your product details.
Note: You must add a new entry for every size and color variation.

- Once ready, return to the same page and click Upload Product CSV Template to import your file.
YoPrint will send you an email once your import is complete.
To use these products in orders, simply click + Product, search for the product name, and add it to your Quote or Sales Order.
Add Products as Line Items
You can also add custom products manually within an order.
- In a Quote or Sales Order, click + Custom.
- Enter the product name, pricing, and quantity manually.
This is useful for one-off items or simple custom additions that don’t need to be part of your product catalog.
