YoPrint allows you to convert quotes to sales orders and sales orders to quotes instantly. This feature provides flexibility in managing customer approvals, order confirmations, and workflow efficiency.

An existing quote or sales order in YoPrint

Convert Quote to Sales Order

After a customer approves a quote, you can convert it into a confirmed sales order without needing to re-enter information, allowing you to immediately begin other tasks, such as starting the production phase.

1. Go to Quotes.

2. Locate and open the approved quote.

3. Click the Convert to Sales Order button at the top-right corner.

You can now edit the Sales Order as normal.

Convert Sales Order to Quote

If you need to convert a Sales Order into a Quote, you can do so easily.

1. Open the sales order.

2. Click Convert to Quote at the top-right corner.
